Your records stay on your iPhone.

Transcend Ltd does not ask for an account, does not collect personal information, and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking code. What you record in the app stays on your iPhone.

The app keeps the following in its own storage on your iPhone:

• your starting balance, cash, holdings, recorded buys, sells and converts, open limit orders, and any notes you add to them;
• price milestones, favorite coins and display preferences;
• a saved copy of recent market figures, charts and coin logos so screens can open while a refresh is pending.

This information is not sent to us. Deleting the app removes it. Resetting the balance clears your records.

To show prices, charts and token facts, the app requests public market data from CoinGecko and loads coin logos from CoinGecko's image service. These requests contain no personal information from the app. As with any internet request, the receiving service can see technical details such as your IP address; CoinGecko's handling of that information is described in its own privacy policy.

If you export your history, the app creates a CSV file, including any notes, and hands it to the share sheet; where it goes next is your choice. If you contact support by email, we receive the address and message you send and use them only to reply.

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
